ezPay

ezPay is the same payment system used by eBay Taiwan and also Yahoo! Taiwan auctions. All you need is the recipient's e-mail address or Taiwan cell phone number and you can send them money. Registration with ezPay is required for this payment method.

Receipts

We issue 3-way company tax receipts (三聯式發票). If you want a receipt, when you register please make sure to include the following information:

1. Company tax number (統一編號)
2. Name for the receipt (company name)
3. Complete mailing address (including number, street, city, county, and postal code)

Receipts are mailed after purchase.

Refunds

If a user requests a refund within seven days of purchase and if no points have been used since the purchase was made, we will refund the value of the purchase subject to a 20% processing fee.
